or cot. |

En-suite bathroom 1 with bath/shower over, lavabo and WC.
En-suite bathroom 2 with shower, lavabo and WC. |
| Kitchen: |
American kitchen, gas cooker and oven, large fridge/freezer,
microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, pressure cooker etc. |
| Utility Room: |
There is also a toilet and hand wash facilities in the hall
entrance. |
| Living Rooms: |
Very large salon, dining room with leather sofas, dining table
seats 6/8, cheminée, modern shelving system with TV. |

Our gas central heating system is included in winter stay. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included. Beds are made on arrival and
a clean change every week. Cleaning is not included but can
be organised. |
